The origin of the Elizabethan dish goes back to 1588, the year of the Spanish Armada. With a broad rim engraved with two parallel lines and the signature raised centre, this dish is one of our most popular pieces. The occasions they are bought for are infinite - weddings, confirmations, birthdays, christenings, sports prizes (and it does not have to be sailing!), company gifts, etc. Perfect for engraving the recipient's Name or Initials with the date as well. Silver - We recommend regular clearing of Silver products with a Silver Polishing cloth. Nothing abrasive should be used as this can scratch the surface of the product.
