Returning a product
All return requests should be made within 24 hours of receipt, and all products should be physically returned within 30 days of receipt.
If you need to return an item purchased online, contact us via our contact form. We will require your original credit card details, your customer number, order number and the invoice date (all of which are printed on your invoice). We will need to talk to the person who purchased the product.
Our administrative staff will require a daytime (office hours) contact telephone number. Please ensure you obtain the name and surname of the operative who handles your call, and make a note of it. The person who placed the order may only return goods. Returns will be accepted if the item is in its original condition, accompanied by the invoice and all details of the original order are received with it.
Engraved or altered products
If your products have been engraved or altered by your request, we cannot accept a return.
Guarantee
Our products are of the highest quality, and as such, we guarantee to exchange any item deemed to be imperfect or refund your money. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, simply call us within 24 hours of receipt and return the goods to us within 30 days.
These terms and conditions are not variable except by changes made on the site by Silver Direct. From time to time, we may make alterations. In particular, something said by any representative of Silver Direct will not constitute a variation to these terms and conditions or constitute a legal representation on behalf of them, unless it is supported by documentation authorised and signed by a director of Silver Direct.
Refunds
All refunds will be processed when the goods are physically returned to us. If you are returning your item due to an error or problem caused by us, we will also refund the return postage, however if the return is by your choice, it will be for the price of the product only.
A prompt refund will be issued if the item is in its original condition and all the information referred to above is received. The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of Silver Direct’s staff will contact you.
