Silver Direct was founded by Peregrine Pole-Carew in the early 90’s following a period working for one of the most prestigious gift houses in London. If your items are in stock and ordered before 12 midday, we aim to despatch your order on the same day and use a next-day courier service.

Delivery to the UK is £5.50. This is usually on a next day service. If your order is over £100 delivery is free.

Returning a product

If you need to return an item purchased online, contact us via our contact form. We will require your original credit card details, your customer number, order number and the invoice date (all of which are printed on your invoice). We will need to talk to the person who purchased the product.

Our administrative staff will require a daytime (office hours) contact telephone number. Please ensure you obtain the name and surname of the operative who handles your call, and make a note of it. Engraved goods may not be returned. The person who placed the order may only return goods Returns will be accepted if the item is in its original condition, accompanied by the invoice and all details of the original order are received with it. A prompt refund will be issued if the item is in its original condition and all the information referred to above is received. The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of Silver Direct’s staff will contact you.
